• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required to confirm a Member's eligibility to use the Platform.

• "Prohibited Territory" means any jurisdiction in which the provision or use of online gambling services is specifically prohibited by applicable law.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus amount must be wagered before it or any associated winnings may be withdrawn, as specified in the relevant promotion terms.
• "Withdrawal" means a transfer of funds from a Member's Account Balance to their nominated payment method.

To register an Account and use the Wisma138 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform:

• All bets are final once confirmed by the Platform. Wisma138 does not accept requests to cancel, amend, or reverse confirmed wagers except in cases of clear technical error.
• In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game session, Wisma138's recorded outcome shall be the authoritative record. If no conclusive outcome can be determined, the wager may be voided and the stake returned.

• Wisma138 reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market that was opened in error or with clearly erroneous odds, provided that notice is given to the affected Member.

• Deposit Limits: Members may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits through their Account settings. Once set, a limit reduction takes effect immediately; a limit increase is subject to a 7-day cooling-off period.

The following actions and behaviours are strictly prohibited on the Wisma138 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Balance, and legal action where warranted:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform, place bets, or claim promotions.
• Collusion with other Members or third parties to manipulate game outcomes or exploit promotional structures.
• Fraud, identity theft, or the use of falsified documents during KYC verification or any other account process.
• Money laundering or using the Platform to process funds derived from illegal activities.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in the Platform's favour without promptly notifying Wisma138 support.
• Creating multiple Accounts to claim welcome bonuses or other first-time member promotions more than once.
• Threatening, abusing, or harassing Wisma138 employees, support staff, or other Members.
• Accessing the Platform via a Virtual Private Network (VPN) or proxy service for the purpose of circumventing geographic restrictions or concealing identity.
• Placing wagers on the outcome of events in which you or a person known to you has material insider information.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Wisma138 and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.
• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, whether direct or indirect, arising from your use of the Platform.
• Any loss or corruption of data caused by technical faults, third-party service failures, or cybersecurity incidents beyond Wisma138's reasonable control.
• Losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials.
• Any content, information, or advice provided by third parties accessible through links on the Platform.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude Wisma138's liability for death or personal injury caused by gross negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

All content on the Wisma138 Platform — including but not limited to the Wisma138 name, logo, trademarks, website design, graphics, text, software, databases, game interfaces, and all other materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of Wisma138 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. No other licence, right, or title is granted to you in respect of any intellectual property of Wisma138.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on the Platform without prior written consent from Wisma138.

In the event of a dispute between a Member and Wisma138, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through direct negotiation and good-faith dialogue via the Wisma138 customer support channel. If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct contact, it may be escalated to the dispute resolution procedure outlined by Wisma138's licensing body.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent Wisma138 from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its legal interests.
